Our full length plays have all first appeared at Silver Birches Resort in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. A popular destination for motor coach groups coming to the Poconos for day trip entertainment, Silver Birches has been the ideal spot for us to "test drive" every new play we write. About Us
The "Writer's Booth" in the pub at Silver Birches Resort on
Lake Wallenpaupack in the Poconos of Pennsylvania.
Many of our full length plays were written in this booth.
Many of the pounds we've put on came from this booth, too!
Tony & Marylou have been working together for over 20 years. They are the co-founders of the community theater company, The Lakeside Players, who are still performing today. From Lakeside came Tonylou Productions, an entertainment company performing throughout Northeast Pennsylvania. From small venues to large banquet rooms and theaters, Tonylou Productions has entertained tens of thousands of happy patrons over the years.
In the midst of all that, they began writing their own murder mystery scripts and full length plays. They've also written a book on how you can write your own murder mystery script.
After hundreds of successful performances, they now offer their scripts for you to perform and enjoy. Way back in 1999 when they first began, they adopted the motto, "Acting like professionals since 1999". And they've worked hard to live up to that motto!
